Dentures and Partials in Fort Lee, NJ, That Look Natural and Fit Like They Should

Missing several teeth, or all of them, does not have to mean a denture that slips, clicks or looks like a denture. At Infinity Dental Wellness, Dr. Jonathan Odinsky designs full dentures, metal-free partials and implant-supported options around your face, your bite and the materials your body is comfortable with.

Why You’re Here

You Want to Eat, Speak and Smile Without Thinking About Your Teeth

Maybe you have been avoiding certain foods, covering your mouth in photos, or living with an old denture that never fit right. Missing teeth also let the remaining ones drift and the jawbone shrink, so the problem tends to grow.

Modern dentures are lighter, more natural and better fitting than the ones most people picture. Partials can be made without a metal framework. And implants can anchor a denture so it stays put.

Dr. Odinsky is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, so every option from a simple partial to a full implant-supported arch is planned and placed in one office.

What to Expect

How a Custom Denture or Partial Is Made at Infinity Dental Wellness

  • Exam and imaging. Low-dose 3D imaging shows bone levels and whether implants are an option. Remaining teeth and gums are treated first if needed.
  • Digital impressions and bite records. The shape of your arch, the way your jaws meet, and the position of your lips and smile.
  • Try-in. You see the tooth shape, shade and arrangement in wax before anything is finished, and we adjust until it looks like you.
  • Delivery and adjustment. The finished denture or partial is fitted and fine-tuned over a visit or two as your mouth adapts.
  • Materials. Metal-free partial frameworks are available, and implant-supported options can use zirconia implants for patients who prefer no metal at all.

Common Questions

Denture and Partial Questions, Answered

How much do dentures cost in Fort Lee, NJ?

A conventional full denture and a metal-free partial are each a set fee per arch. Implant-retained and implant-supported options cost more because of the implants. You receive a written estimate after your exam. Many dental plans cover part of a denture or partial, and we offer CareCredit and Cherry financing. See financing and insurance details.

Will my denture look fake?

Not if it is designed for your face. Tooth shade, shape, size and arrangement are chosen at a wax try-in, and modern denture teeth have natural translucency. The goal is a smile that looks like the one you had.

What is a metal-free partial?

A partial denture with a flexible or rigid base and clasps made without a metal framework. There is no visible metal at the gumline and no metal against the tissue, which matters for patients with sensitivities or a holistic preference.

Can implants hold my denture in place?

Yes. Two to four implants can retain a lower denture so it snaps in and stays put, and more implants can support a fixed bridge that does not come out. Dr. Odinsky places implants in-house, including zirconia implants for a metal-free option. Learn about dental implants.

How long does it take to get used to a new denture?

Most patients adapt over a few weeks. Speaking and eating softer foods first helps. We schedule adjustment visits to relieve any sore spots as your mouth settles.

Do I need to be a current patient?

No. New patients are welcome, including patients with an existing denture that no longer fits. Call (201) 592-6222 or use the form above to schedule.
